About the The MCM Kit

Hockey Queensland is strongly committed to helping all member Associations and Clubs to implement strong governance and management to secure a higher standard and more enjoyable experience for our players and workforce.

HQ is very pleased to provide the Modern Club Management Kit (MCM Kit) to support all Member Associations and Clubs to meet legal obligations and HQ Membership Terms.The MCM Kit provides Committee and Board personnel and our Volunteer Workforce across Queensland with easily accessible visual training and support information relevant to an organisation’s size and obligations. All volunteers will be provided the training and information they need to meet the requirements of their positions and be successful.

All Member Associations and Clubs are granted a licence to redistribute the MCM Kit to all Management Board/Committee and Volunteers. The MCM Kit will systematically take your organisation through the steps to implement consistent high standard governance, committee development and volunteer management processes and reduce your organisation’s exposure to risk.
